Sister's Place, 20 NE 3rd Street-The place in Williston for Farm to Table meals, we love the breakfasts but lunch and dinner are great too. One of our favorites is the chicken salad with a special combination of dressings (Balsamic and Ranch?) 352-528-5500
Sho Gun Japanese Restaurant, 143 W. Noble Avenue-When we first came to Williston we passed by Sho Gun thinking it probably wouln't be good or authentic. We were wrong. Great food and service an nice decor. 352-528-0113

Horse and Hounds Restaurant, 6998 US Hwy 27, Ocala, FL 34482- This is the first restaurant we dined at when we first visited the area. Good food, casual place, entertainment/karaoke depending on the night. If you sit at the bar, chances are you will be sitting next to someone in the horse industry, trainer, broker, horse dentist, horse swimming pool supplier, you name it! 352-620-2500

World Equestrian Center, 1750 NW 80th Ave, Ocala, FL 34482- WEC has many dining options from hamburgers to fine dining.
City of Cedar Key- Internationally known for its seafood, the heart of Cedar Key is still is busy aquaculture industry featuring farm raised clams and oysters. Restaurants in town offer a chance to enjoy the freshest seafood specializing in oysters, clams, and clam chowder. Under 1 hour away, Cedar Key is well worth a visit!
